I led BackHug's design and marketing output through a pivotal growth period. I rebranded the company, rebuilt their online presence, and ran organic and paid campaigns that grew their audience 200% and doubled conversions, which helped them expand into the US and into partnerships with elite sports teams including the Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers.

I founded and ran Fruit Tank, an independent creative studio delivering branding, motion graphics and web projects clients, including Money Dashboard, Monzo and Edinburgh Hogmanay, where I created an animated installation that was displayed over the Union Canal and was covered in The Guardian, The Times and The Scotsman.

As Pandable's first design lead I built and led the creative arm of the agency, producing illustrations, blog graphics, motion design and UI/UX work across a range of client accounts, including CardConnect, Paper Republic, and QYNN

Marketing Manager

2017 - 2019

I joined The Edinburgh Collection as a Marketing Assistant and was promoted to Marketing Lead, growing the group's social media and marketing operation across five hotels. I produced photography, video, print collateral and campaigns, and led a full rebrand of a newly acquired hotel.

outside of work...

…I am a keen painter, writer, gardener and cleaner.

That's right, a perfect weekend for me is creating a load of mess on Saturday, and then cleaning it up on Sunday, after a long walk—preferably with something historic en-route (even more preferable there's a standing stone)—and just talking about whatever it is that's on my mind.

I like to learn about myself and I do this through interests, getting to know other people and their views, and working on things that bring out the best in all involved.
